These 3 audio recordings are just what you're looking for! Whether you have 5, 10 or 15 minutes I'll guide you through mindfulness meditations that will help you relax and unwind, and find some peace in this hectic world of ours.

Techniques include tools such as awareness of breathing, body scans, breathing techniques and relaxing visualisations.

All of these sessions can be completed sitting or lying, although the 15 minute one is best completed lying down. Please make sure you are comfortable and will not be disturbed during your session.
